Shipping Policy

Most orders of in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of order. We use FED EX ground to ship most of our packages and follow the FED EX Terms of Service. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery once your payment has been approved. Please be aware that delivery may require a signature. If an item is out-of-stock or if there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you right away. If you need your package sooner, we offer overnight service through FED EX air at an additional charge. Specific shipping choices are offered at Checkout. We will ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to addresses outside of the United States. Please contact us for exceptions.
If you need to check the status of an order or make changes to an order you just placed, please do not call the telephone number. All inquiries need to be sent via email to: info@magicfairyrealm.com. Please include your full name, order number and contact information so we can properly research your order status or make changes to your order. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

Return Policy

We hope that you are thrilled with the products you purchase from us. If you are not, please contact us so that we can fix the problem. Claims for lost shipments, or damage goods must be reported to Magic Fairy Realm within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of purchase for unused merchandise. We do not accept returns on items after 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable at all times. Items must be in new condition and unused.
If your item meets the requirements for an authorized return, please send us an email and we will send you the Return Office Address. Please include your full name, order number and contact information so we can properly process your return. The return package is sent at your expense. Please make sure your package is sent with proper insurance and signatory requirements, as we are not responsible for packages that are not received by our returns department. If you send an item back to us that does not meet the return requirements or it is damaged or worn, we reserve the right to send it back to you at your expense. If you need to exchange your order for any reason (unless we are at fault), you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer when necessary.
